These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Bireln mobile application, available for iOS devices. By downloading, accessing, or using Bireln, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. Bireln is a fully account-free application, and no user registration, login, or personal identity submission is required to access all core features. There are no age-based usage restrictions for this App. All functions and services are available to all users voluntarily using the App.
General Service Description
Bireln is an AI birthday portrait studio application designed to provide local AI image creation and video generation services. The App includes two independent functional systems: Image Studio for AI birthday portrait template fusion and Video Studio for static image-to-dynamic video rendering. All creative processing, effect generation, and media production operations run entirely on your local iOS device.
Bireln does not collect, extract, analyze, store, or transmit any facial information, facial biometric data, facial feature points, or facial recognition profiles from any user uploaded images, captured photos, or generated creative content. All AI processing is limited to overall picture style adjustment, color grading, scene replacement, and dynamic effect rendering, and contains no facial data collection or facial identification logic of any kind.
Account-Free Usage Rules
Bireln provides full account-free service experience. Users are not required to register an account, bind an email, connect social accounts, or submit any personal identifiable information to use portrait creation, video generation, frame decoration, local saving, and sharing functions. All functional permissions and service experiences are opened to users directly after installation.
Since no user account is created or stored, the App cannot associate any facial information or creative content with any user identity. No facial data or user biometric information will be recorded, linked, or reserved in any account system, because no account system exists within the application.
User Behavior and Usage Obligations
When using Bireln, users agree to use the App only for personal, non-commercial creative entertainment purposes. You are responsible for all images, photos, and materials you upload or capture within the App. You confirm that you own the legal rights and authorization of all uploaded portrait materials, and you will not use this App to process illegal, infringing, offensive, or inappropriate content.
The verification and judgment of user content compliance is independently undertaken by the user. Bireln does not scan, identify, or record user facial information during content detection and processing. The App does not obtain any facial data to judge user identity, and will never store or back up user facial features for behavioral verification purposes.
Local Processing and Content Ownership
All creation processes of Bireln are completed through local device calculation. All generated birthday portraits, decorative framed works, and dynamic MP4 videos are saved only in your local device storage and the App's exclusive sandbox directory. No creative content will be automatically uploaded, synchronized, or transmitted to any external server or third-party platform.
You retain full ownership of all content you create through Bireln. You may save, export, share, or permanently delete your works at your own discretion. Once you delete any created content in the App, the corresponding files and temporary data will be completely removed from your device with no residual copies retained.
During local processing and local storage, the App does not separately extract, split, or archive facial information from your creative works. The system only processes and stores complete image and video files, and never independently saves, analyzes, or sorts facial feature data. No facial information will be retained after content deletion.
App Permissions Usage Rules
Bireln only requests minimal permissions required for normal service operation, including photo library access and optional camera access. All permissions are only used for local material selection, shooting, creation rendering, and work export.
Photo library and camera permission invocation will not trigger any facial data collection behavior. The App's permission system only reads overall image files and does not scan facial contours, facial features, or biometric information. No facial data is obtained, cached, or uploaded through any permission call.
In-App Purchase Service Rules
Bireln provides optional in-app purchase membership services through Apple's official StoreKit system. All payment transactions, subscription management, renewal rules, and refund services are independently managed by Apple Inc. All membership rights are unlocked locally on your device after successful payment verification.
All membership privilege functions, including high-definition export, watermark removal, and exclusive template unlocking, are implemented locally and do not require data synchronization or user information binding.
In-app purchase verification and privilege activation processes do not collect or reference any user facial information. There is no association between payment behavior, membership status, and user facial data, and no facial information is used for privilege verification or service matching.
Third-Party Service Cooperation Rules
Bireln does not embed third-party statistical tools, advertising SDKs, tracking components, or data analysis plug-ins. The App does not share, transmit, or provide user creative content and device data to any third-party institutions.
There is no third-party facial data collection interface in the App. All local AI calculations are completed by independent built-in models, and no third-party service can obtain, parse, or store user facial information in any scenario.
App Update and Service Maintenance
Bireln may regularly update App functions, optimize AI models, adjust template resources, and fix program bugs to improve user experience. All updates are completed through the official App Store channel. App updates will not actively read or upload your local creative content, nor will they back up any user data.
Version iteration and model optimization will not collect any historical facial information of users. The update mechanism only replaces program resource files and does not scan local user portraits or extract any facial feature data.
Service Limitation and Disclaimer
Bireln provides AI birthday portrait and video creation functions for personal entertainment use. We do not guarantee that all template effects will fully meet individual user aesthetic expectations. The operation stability of the App is affected by local device performance and system environment.
We are not responsible for the user's improper use of the App for commercial purposes, illegal creation, or content infringement behavior. All risks arising from user independent creation, sharing and use of works shall be borne by the user.
The App does not collect any facial information of users, so it will not cause any facial data leakage, facial biometric abuse, or privacy risk related to user face information. All facial privacy safety is completely controlled by the user.
