This Subscription Agreement applies to all paid subscription and membership services provided by the Bireln iOS application. This agreement serves as a clear explanation of subscription rules, member rights, payment mechanisms, service validity and user usage specifications. Bireln is an account-free application, and users can purchase and use subscription services without registering any account or submitting personal information. There are no age restrictions for purchasing or using subscription services. All subscription verification and privilege activation processes run locally on user devices, and the entire service process adheres to strict privacy protection standards.
Throughout all subscription payment, privilege verification, member status identification and advanced function activation processes, Bireln does not collect, extract, analyze, store or transmit any user facial information, facial biometric data, facial feature points or facial portrait content. Subscription authority judgment is completely based on local device payment verification data, and no facial data is involved in any subscription service link.
Subscription Service Overview
Bireln provides optional paid member subscription services for users to unlock advanced exclusive functions of the App. All basic creation functions of the App are available for free, while subscription membership is only used to activate high-end creative privileges, optimizing the user's birthday portrait and video creation experience. All advanced AI rendering, high-definition output, exclusive template unlocking and ad-free experience are implemented through local device authorization, without any cloud data matching or user information binding.
The opening and use of all subscription privileges do not require identification through facial information. The App will not scan user portraits, extract facial features, or record facial data to confirm member identity. The subscription service system is completely independent of facial data processing, and there is no facial information collection or association behavior in the entire service link.
Available Subscription Plans
Bireln provides multiple standardized subscription packages for users to choose independently, including Monthly Membership, Annual Membership and Permanent Membership. All package prices, valid periods and exclusive rights are clearly displayed on the in-app membership page before user payment. Users can freely select subscription types according to personal usage needs, with no mandatory subscription or automatic bundling rules.
The display and selection of subscription packages, as well as the statistical record of user subscription types, are all completed through local device data caching. The system will not associate any user facial photos, portrait works or facial feature information with subscription package data, and will not collect facial information for user subscription preference analysis.
Official In-App Purchase Rules
All subscription payment services of Bireln strictly adopt Apple official StoreKit in-app purchase channels. All payment transactions, order records, automatic renewal management, invoice records and refund services are uniformly managed and maintained by Apple Inc. Bireln does not obtain any user payment password, payment account and sensitive transaction information. After the user completes payment verification through the official Apple channel, the member privilege will be automatically activated on the local device.
The Apple official payment verification process and the local privilege activation process of the App do not involve any facial data reading and collection. The App will not read user local portrait files during payment verification, nor will it extract facial information to verify user payment authenticity, and all payment verification logic is completely separated from facial data processing.
Member Exclusive Privileges Description
Users who complete subscription activation can obtain exclusive member rights, including but not limited to high-definition lossless export of birthday portraits and videos, full unlocking of premium birthday templates and motion video styles, removal of built-in watermarks, unlimited AI creation times, and exclusive decorative frame resources. All privileged functions are based on local AI algorithm rendering and local resource calling, without remote data transmission.
In the process of using all member exclusive privileges, the AI high-definition rendering and exclusive template fusion only optimize the overall picture quality, color tone and dynamic effect of the work. The system does not identify, analyze or record user facial features during high-precision creation. No facial biometric data will be collected or stored due to the use of member privileges.
Automatic Renewal and Cancellation Rules
For periodic subscription products including monthly and annual memberships, the automatic renewal function follows Apple's official in-app purchase rules. Users can check subscription status, turn on or turn off automatic renewal, and cancel pending renewal services at any time through the iOS system App Store account settings. Closing automatic renewal will not affect the member rights enjoyed during the current valid period.
The subscription status monitoring and automatic renewal judgment functions are all based on Apple's official order data and local device cache records. The App will not collect any user facial information to judge subscription validity period, nor will it update member status through facial data identification.
Refund and Service Termination Rules
All refund applications for Bireln subscription services shall be submitted and reviewed through Apple official App Store channels in accordance with Apple's in-app purchase refund policies. Bireln does not have the authority to independently review, approve or reject user refund applications. After the subscription service expires or the user successfully applies for a refund, all member exclusive privileges will be automatically and permanently disabled on the local device.
The service termination and privilege recovery mechanism only clears local member authorization data, and does not scan, back up or collect user local portrait works and facial information. The failure of subscription privileges will not trigger any facial data collection and statistical behavior.
Local Privilege Verification Mechanism
All member privilege verification of Bireln is completed through local device data verification. The App caches valid subscription status locally, and judges whether to enable advanced functions according to local authorization records. No user data or subscription information will be uploaded to the cloud, and no third-party platform will be involved in privilege verification.
The entire local verification mechanism does not contain any facial recognition and facial data detection logic. The system will not traverse local user photos and portrait works during privilege verification, and zero facial information is collected, analyzed and matched in the verification process.
User Usage Specifications
Users who purchase subscription membership shall use all member privileges for personal non-commercial creation and entertainment purposes only. Users are independently responsible for all portrait materials and creative works produced by using member privileges. Any illegal, infringing and commercial improper use of subscription functions is prohibited.
The App will not monitor user creation content and facial information to judge user usage compliance. We do not collect facial data for user behavior evaluation, and all user usage behaviors are independently supervised and undertaken by the user.
Privacy Protection Commitment
Bireln always adheres to the local processing and zero data collection principle for subscription services. All subscription behaviors only generate local authorization records on the user's device, and will not collect any personal privacy information, device information and creative content information of users.
We reiterate that the subscription service system never collects, stores, analyzes or shares any user facial information. No facial data will be associated with user subscription identity, membership level and service records. All user facial privacy and portrait content are completely independent of the subscription system and are fully protected locally.
