Bireln is a fully account-free application, and users can access all core creation functions without registration, login, or submission of any personal identification information. There are no age restrictions for using any features of this application. All user content processing and storage behaviors follow local device privacy protection standards to fully safeguard user personal content security and autonomy.
General Privacy Protection Principles
Bireln adheres to the core principle of full local processing and zero remote data transmission. All AI creation, image rendering, video generation, and content storage operations run independently on the user's local iOS device, with no background data uploading, cloud synchronization, or remote data monitoring mechanisms.
Bireln implements a comprehensive zero facial information collection mechanism throughout all application operations. The application is not programmed to identify, extract, analyze, record, or store any facial biometric information, facial feature data, facial contour parameters, skin texture details, or facial characteristic tags from any user uploaded photos, captured images, or generated works. No facial data will be cached, sorted, backed up, or transmitted in any scenario, and the application never builds any user facial feature database or facial biometric file.
App Function and Local Processing Rules
Bireln consists of two independent core functional modules: Image Studio and Video Studio, which support AI birthday portrait creation and image-to-motion video generation respectively. All AI model calculations, template fusion, dynamic effect rendering, and frame decoration processing are completed locally on the user's device without relying on any external servers or third-party computing services.
During all functional processing procedures of Image Studio and Video Studio, the application only processes the overall picture composition, color tone, light and shadow effect, and scene style of user images. It does not trigger any facial recognition or facial data extraction logic. The AI template fusion and dynamic video rendering systems completely ignore facial feature information in the pictures, and no facial data is acquired, analyzed, or retained during the entire functional operation process.
In the Image Studio module, users can upload photos or take real-time photos to match exclusive birthday templates including Golden Crown, Purple Princess, Pink Kawaii, and Sweet Princess, and decorate works with multiple frame styles. The fixed poses, outfits, props and scenes of all templates are built-in local resources of the app, and only overall picture style fitting is performed. In the Video Studio module, users can convert static images into dynamic MP4 videos through styles such as Candle Blow, Sweet Cream, Party Neon and Golden Starlight, with all dynamic effect rendering completed locally.
Device Permission Usage Specifications
Bireln only applies for two basic functional permissions required for normal use, namely photo library access permission and camera access permission, and all permission usage behaviors are limited to local device operation only.
Photo library access permission is used exclusively for users to select local images for AI creation and save finished portraits and videos to the device photo library. All selected local images are only read for temporary local rendering and will not be uploaded or transmitted externally.
When reading local photo library images, the application does not scan, detect or extract any facial information contained in the images. There is no program logic to capture facial key points, record facial features, or analyze facial biometric data. The photo access function only serves picture material acquisition and work export, and has no connection with any facial data collection behavior.
Camera access permission is an optional permission. Users can independently allow or deny this permission. The camera function only supports real-time photo shooting within the app for subsequent birthday creation, and all captured images are stored in the device's local temporary cache only.
The app's camera shooting function does not have facial scanning and facial data collection capabilities. It will not record facial information of real-time shooting content, generate facial templates, or save independent facial data files. All shooting content is completely controlled by the user, and no facial data is collected or retained during camera use.
Bireln will never apply for irrelevant permissions including location, contact, microphone, and background network permissions, ensuring no hidden data acquisition behaviors.
User Creation Content Storage and Management
All portraits and dynamic videos created by users are automatically saved in the local "My Creations" module of the Bireln app. All creation content is stored in the exclusive sandbox space of the user's iOS device, with no automatic cloud backup, remote synchronization, or third-party storage access. Users can browse works in chronological grid view, filter photo and video works, save content to the local photo library, share via the official iOS share sheet, or delete works manually.
Once the user deletes any created work, the corresponding picture files, video files and temporary cache files will be completely and permanently cleared from the local device with no residual data retained.
In the process of storing and managing user creation works, the application does not split, extract or independently store facial parts of portrait works. It does not classify, count or archive user facial features based on stored creation content. All stored content is complete user original creative works, and the system does not set any dedicated logic for facial data sorting, recording or backup. No facial information is retained in any local storage link.
Temporary Cache Data Processing Rules
Bireln generates only a small amount of temporary rendering cache files during AI creation operation, which are used to support real-time preview and rendering of works. The app provides an independent "Clear Cache" function in the settings page, allowing users to manually clean up all temporary cache files at any time.
All temporary cache files generated during operation do not contain independent facial feature data. The cache only records overall picture rendering parameters and effect data, without storing, extracting or retaining any facial biometric information. After the user clears the cache or exits the app, all temporary data related to creation will be completely invalidated, and no facial information cache will be retained on the device.
Third-Party Data Sharing and Transmission Rules
Bireln strictly prohibits any form of user personal content and private data sharing, transmission or trading. We will never sell, rent, authorize or provide user uploaded photos, created portraits, dynamic videos and usage data to any third-party institutions, individuals or service platforms for advertising, data analysis, market research, commercial promotion and other purposes.
The only network request involved in the app is the official Apple StoreKit in-app purchase service. All in-app purchase data is independently managed and stored by Apple's official platform. Bireln cannot obtain any user payment information, and will not associate in-app purchase behaviors with user creation content.
There is no facial data sharing interface or hidden transmission channel in the application. We will not sort, organize or export any facial information involved in user creation, and will never provide any facial-related data to third parties in any form. Zero facial data sharing is implemented in all versions of the application.

Users have full and independent control over all personal content and local data generated by Bireln. All creation, storage, export, sharing and deletion behaviors are independently operated and decided by the user. The first launch welcome page will actively display the app's full local processing and privacy protection commitments to ensure full transparency of privacy rules.
Throughout the entire use cycle of the app, users do not need to provide any facial information or personal biometric data.
